クロガネゲート地下1階で入手

わざマシン70「フラッシュ」は、クロガネシティ左にあるクロガネゲートの地下1階で入手できます。

入手するにはひでんわざ「いわくだき」が必要です。

いわくだきを使うためにはクロガネジムのジムリーダー（ヒョウタ）を倒す必要があります。

クロガネシティの左にある洞窟（クロガネゲート）に入ります。

クロガネゲートを進み、分岐を上に進みます。

通路の途中にいわくだきが必要な箇所があります。

地下に降りる階段があるので、そのまま進みます。

階段を降りると右の方にアイテムが落ちています。
