わざマシン39「がんせきふうじ」は、コトブキシティの上にある荒れた抜け道で入手できます。

入手するにはひでんわざ「いわくだき」が必要です。

いわくだきを使うためにはクロガネジムのジムリーダー（ヒョウタ）を倒す必要があります。

コトブキシティの上にある「荒れた抜け道」に入ります。

分岐を左に進みます。

通路の途中にいわくだきが必要な箇所があります。

奥にアイテムが落ちています。
